Caroline Dickson, MBA and Kevin James, MBA are business school instructors based in Vancouver, Canada. With more than 20 years of combined teaching experience on the front lines, Caroline and Kevin have taught and counselled thousands of students. Caroline and Kevin have published articles on career planning and college life and have created future envisioning workshops for high school and college students. Prior to teaching, Caroline had a successful career as a human resources professional and competed in snowboard racing internationally. Kevin worked as a marketing executive in Boston, France and Vancouver. As educators, business professionals, and parents they are passionate about helping young adults.
